We ship Australia - wide and pretty much anywhere you are in the world. From the mid-north coast of Australia to your doorstep, we’ll get your Sollen Co faves to you.

International:

Some international orders may have customs fees or taxes set by your country. These charges are handled by the customers.

Timing:
Orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Standard: 3–7 days.
Express: 1–3 days International 6-27 days.

Cost:
Free shipping on orders over $200
Orders under $200: Standard $12 Express: $16. NZ: $19. Europe $40. UK/IRE £20.

Track it:
We’ll send a tracking number so you can follow your order every step.

Returns:

Not quite right?
No stress. Exchange unworn pieces within 7 days.

How it works:

Email us to start your return.
Pack it up in its original condition.
Send it back domestic shipping at your cost unless it’s faulty.

Exchanges & Faults:
Swap sizes or colours, or we’ll replace any faulty pieces - simple, no fuss.

Refunds:
Store Credit only unless items are faulty. If items are faulty, once we receive your return, refund will be processed.
